Forehead/Brow Lift Miami
A Forehead or Brow lift will minimize the creases that develop across the forehead, or those that occur high on the bridge of the nose and between the eyes, improve what are commonly referred to as frown lines, vertical creases that develop between the eyebrows, reposition a low or sagging brow that is hooding the upper eyelid skin and raise the eyebrows to a more alert and youthful position.
The face is where most people notice the visible signs of the aging process. There are many factors that contribute to these signs: genetics, environment (sun damage and/or smoking), stress and illness, architectural changes in the skin, volume loss and gravity; to name a few. A good candidate for this procedure is someone who is bothered by the development of or presence of expression lines (or other signs of aging) in the forehead and brow region. Common complaints by those seeking a brow lift are sagging or low position of the eyebrows creating a tired or sad appearance, deep horizontal creases across the forehead, and frown lines between the eyebrows and across the top of the nose. A brow lift can be enhanced with laser resurfacing or a chemical peel to further improve skin tone and surface appearance. Other rejuvenation procedures, such as eyelid surgery or a facelift can also work in conjunction with the brow lift.
Various surgical options are available from traditional brow lift procedures to minimally invasive, limited incision techniques depending on the individual requirements of each patient.
